She's cool. Probably just didn't realize she forgot her "tennies" until the last minute. Ankle strap high heels would just have to suffice in a pinch. She somehow "rocks" the look. I find her very genuine and "normal" despite being the royal with a huge natural dose of star-power to overcome!

I wonder if the Queen said she had to wear heels. Then again, I can't imagine the Queen approving of her knickers.
She makes it look good, even if they seem to be a little out of touch with what's going on around her. I'd look like an idiot without even trying.
